Shipping costs are location-based and clearly displayed during checkout.
Delivery Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as Aramex, DHL, FedEx, Emirates Post, and Sky Express based on your location and order requirements.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address), the package will return to Sandsolibé at the customer's expense, including any shipping costs incurred.
30-Day Return Policy
For returns, notify us within 30 days of delivery at info@sandsolibe.com. The customer bears the return cost. In case of defects, send us a picture for assessment and we'll arrange the return at our expense, providing a replacement or full refund depending on the customers preference. However, for exchanges related to ordering errors by the customer, return costs are to be paid by the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Reach out to info@sandsolibe.com to arrange an exchange.
Return Conditions
Ensure the product remains unused. Upon receipt, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days. Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
